Fireworks

We went to Duluth this year to see fireworks as we were camping in nearby Jay Cooke State Park. I'm posting this photo just for my sister, let's see if she checks it out before I get to her house!

The Quietness of a Small Town

Here are some images from our trip to Verdigre, NE. It's a quiet, unassuming small town in the sandhills of Nebraska. Time seems to pass by unnoticed here.

James Stewart

Alfred Hitchcock and James Stewart....my kind of movie. I was testing my flash and watching Vertigo. Hitchcock does suspense in a way that is so perfect....it's all about anticipation, no gory scenes.
